Store Merchandise
Returns or exchanges on unworn items in original packaging are accepted within 14 calendar days of the purchase or delivery confirmation date for online orders. Please include a copy of the receipt OR the invoice number. Items purchased at 50% off or more are Final Sale and sold As Is; standard shipping on Final Sale items is Ground. Items purchase in November and December will be returnable until January 15 of the following year.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (five to ten business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (three to five business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (five to ten business days). Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are not refundable. Stock items that have been altered (resized, engraved, etc.) are not refundable.
Made to Order
When you purchase a made to order item, you are buying an out-of-stock product. Full payment is required at checkout. Made to order items are not refundable.
Class Materials
Class and Appointment materials orders are fully refundable up to two weeks before the start of the Class or Appointment.
